No, I don't think I'll have to worry about anyone else doing something like this. Otherwise I wouldn't be as sure as I am about who may have done this in the first place.

Of course, I'll need to ask them myself and give them a chance to apologize before doing anything else.

Oh, I don't think that will be an issue.

[Between Nephry and Anise, if he did try something worse, no doubt one of them would eventually force him to apologize -- even if only in his own way.]

I'm sure if it were one of my friends doing it, they'd apologize if they knew they really upset me. Though they'd have to do more than put a sign on my back to do that.

Oh, I'm sure that's not the case at all. [...you know, mostly sure.] I don't think they would have done this at all if we weren't friends -- they know I wouldn't be upset about it because we're friends.

I suppose I don't see it as something worth being upset about. It didn't cause any real harm, and I'm sure there was no malicious intent involved.

...if it was an accident and they felt remorse for what they did, then I would forgive them for it. Even if it had been malicious, if they apologized, I would see no reason not to forgive them.

Well, that would depend on them. If they didn't want my forgiveness, then they wouldn't apologize in the first place.

But sometimes it can be difficult for people to apologize. It can take a lot of courage for someone to face their own mistakes. So the least I can do is accept that apology when they give it.

Then I would be patient, and wait until they do. I'm sure they would be able to find it in themselves to apologize if they truly wished to make up for what they did.
