[There's a short gasp and a somewhat loud crash as the journal is knocked down and whoever was writing comes down with it, revealing the writer to be Ion. The reason for his fall? Why, the girl he was talking about, of course! She's been returned from the AU-equivalent of a kidnapping and was dumped right on top of him, both of them in plain sight of the journal's camera!]

AU STUFF: Ion works in the Church as an alter boy, so if your character is the church-going type, they probably at least know who he is. Additionally, if your character has any sort of relationship with Ion, they probably know exactly who he's talking about (Ranka) because their feelings for each other are obvious to everyone except themselves.]

Well first of all, you're too nice, Ion. Not that there's anything wrong with that, but you can try too hard. If you want her interested, you have to work on achieving maximum aloofness. Make her think you're not all that interested, one way or another.
